During the summer of 2017, Resource Ammirati, an IBM Company completed their transition into IBM and officially became a part of IBM iX in September. Multiple case studies of Resource Ammirati's work needed to be rewritten in the IBM iX format: Overview, Insight, Idea, and Impact. After diving into a huge backlog of copy, media, and presentations, I created these case studies that were clean, concise, and appealed to a general corporate audience.
